Cheap, Creative, Cardboard Role Play Areas
Here are some great ideas for building role play areas for just a few pennies. Just ask your local supermarket and stores for their cardboard boxes and all you need to buy is some sticky tape. There’s no need to paint or decorate them – let the kids do that for you!
These could be used for reading nooks, or as the blog suggests – a drive in.
Cardboard Post Office
A brilliant site that has some very creative uses for a cardboard box. Boxes can be transformed for vets, pirates and more!
Here is also a simple cash register that would go great with the post office or anything else that deals with money… http://tmatthewsfineart.blogspot.co.uk/…
While this has been used for a toddler – the idea could be adpated for a class project on their local town.
What an amazing creation! The Makedo blog features lots of ideas for making use of things around you. This is a spacious two roomed house, with a great view and a very small mortgage!
The Cardboard Castle
Build your own castle for just $4. Add a few fairy lights and you have yourself a beautiful fortress.
A Fresh Fruit Stall
