Book World Signpost

Book World Signpost hunger games printable signpost baker street wooden sign free printable

Our Book World Signpost is great for displaying above a reading nook. It’s based on a signpost we created out of cardboard, that we printed and used as a stencil. We took it a step further by creating the wooden signs and a coloured version too. We’ve also added blank signposts so you can add your own fantasy worlds. There are two signs split over two A4 pages.

Places included:
Mordor
Narnia
Hogwarts
Wonderland
Land of Oz
Neverland
District 12
The Capitol
Baker Street
100 Acre Wood

Hi, is there any chance you could make two more of these? One saying District 12 and one saying The Capitol? I’ve tried editing them for my Hunger Games fans but can’t seem to do it. Thanks!

We’re a little busy just now but we’ve added it to our to-do list!

I really like the signposts but cannnot get my PC to open zip files. Please would it be possible to download the sighnposts not as a zip file?

    Thank you

Hi Kate, we only have the .zip file on the website but you can use a free program like JZip (http://www.jzip.com) to extract all the PDFs. There are quite a few versions within the .zip folder which is why we compress everything before adding to the site. If you’re still struggling, send me a quick email and I’ll forward the plain PDFs to you.

    Great signs!
May I ask how you created the wood signs? I.e. how did you transfer the print to the wood?
    Thanks!

    • PaperZip

Hello, we never printed them onto wood – just cardboard. The signs are purely used as a stencil that you cut out. Transferring is done by hand :)

    Hi.

Any chance of getting a version of this for younger children (EY/KS1)? Eg: Deep Dark Wood (Gruffalo), Donaldsons Dairy (Hairy Maclary) etc.

    Thanks in advance.
