SketchBook by Autodesk is an art application that’s made for a higher standard of sketching. The tools are professional and very realistic at mimicking their real-life counterparts.
Considering the vast amount of features within the app, it does a surprisingly good job at organising them all. Some art apps have you digging through endless options which disrupts your creative flow.
The app used to be called Sketchbook Pro which was £2.99 and came bundled with advanced pro tools. However, the developers have since renamed and relaunched the app for free and have added the pro tools as an in-app purchase. Some of the extras include layers, a full colour library and the ability to record your art sessions with time-lapse video.
