Delivery Information

Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed and is £2.99 to all UK postal addresses for a tracked 48-hour service. An additional 24-hour tracked service is available for £3.99. Customers that spend over £10 get free delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (excluding bank holidays) and all items are sent with Royal Mail.

Due to our operating hours we cannot dispatch on weekends, however Royal Mail may still deliver on Saturdays.

International Orders

We offer international delivery at a flat rate of £9.99 per order. This is a Royal Mail tracked service with an average delivery time of 7 working days. When your order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered by the local postal service (eg. USPS in USA, Deutsche Post in Germany etc.).

Please note that international orders (including those to the EU) may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are not included at checkout and, if applicable, will be collected by the delivery service upon arrival in your country.

Returns + Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order from Paperzip. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items to us free of charge within our 30-day returns period. Simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy returns process. Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@paperzip.co.uk.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If you have any questions about returns or refunds at any stage, we’re always happy to help.
