Dropbox is a personal folder in the cloud that can be accessed from any computer, smartphone or tablet. Whatever you put in the folder is automatically synchronised – becoming available on any of your devices.
Never again will you have to email a file to yourself, as you simply just pop it in your Dropbox and it’s available everywhere. All your files are completely encrypted too, so you don’t need to worry about any security issues. You can also setup shared folders with anyone of your choice: pupils, teachers or parents. This way you can reduce the amount of paper you use and keep on top of your all your documents no matter where you are. Once your files are stored on Dropbox you erase the issue of USB drives malfunctioning or even something as simple as leaving it at home when you’re at school.
