Simple 2D shapes appear in a lot of everyday items and designs. Our resource combines circles, squares, triangles and rectangles to explore how different shapes can be combined to create new things.
They can be used to identify what 2D shapes can be seen, as inspiration for students to create their own designs, or to make patterns and sequences.
