Although GIFs have been around for many years, they have had a recent surge in popularity due to the rise of social media.

A lot of GIF creators online can be difficult to use and are covered with ads or confusing options, but Giphy keeps things simple and doesn’t include a watermark on the final image.
Once you’ve created a GIF, it stays private and a link is provided incase you want to share it online. Alternatively, you can download the image to your computer and go from there.
