Our football reward chart helps record achievements and encourages good behaviour.
There are 11 penalties that need scoring – each one representing a player in the football team. Think you can score them all?
There are lots of ways you could use the reward chart but to stay along the theme of penalties, you could create progressively harder tasks as the pressure mounts with every kick.
The name can be customised in Apple Pages, as well as the reward text at the bottom if you wanted to set a specific goal for completion.
Apple Pages can be downloaded for free on Mac, iPad or iPhone. It can also be accessed at iCloud.com from any web browser.
The fonts used in our design, Back to Black and Open Sans, can be downloaded for free at DaFont and Google Fonts, respectively.
